- Working industry contacts (academic liaisons, supervisors, staff engineers)
- Working co-op and alumni channels
- Working faculty connections

Perform matchmaking between prospective applicants and faculty

Create the project plan

Collect an unofficial transcript and create a course plan considering the requirements that might be waived

Build coadvising relationships where needed to ensure that each student has a local Khoury advisor, even if that is a co-advisor by our bylaw definitions
